Overview
The Treasury manager is responsible for optimizing liquidity costs and risks of Tazapay’s international partner network whilst ensuring regulatory compliance and control posture.
1) Liquidity Management
Set up daily monitoring to ensure adequate cash and funding for operational, regulatory, and settlement needs in coordination with operations.
2) Optimization & Risk Management
1. Implement netting, pooling, throttling, and similar strategies to optimize funding and costs.
2. Assess and mitigate FX, interest rate, counterparty, and settlement risks.
3) Internal Controls & Reporting
1. Implement controls to prevent fraud and operational loss.
2. Establish procedures for cash flow forecasting, account reconciliation, and audit trails.
4) Regulatory Compliance
a) Safeguard client funds and ensure compliance with regulatory e.g MAS, AUSTRAC and other relevant regimes.
5) Partner Management
a) Set up partner onboarding, ongoing relationship management, performance monitoring, and documentation audit trails for suitability and regulatory acknowledgements.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements
1. 6–10+ years of international liquidity and risk management
2.Strong understanding of liquidity FX and counterparty risk
3.Familiarity with regulatory regimes (e.g. MAS, AFSL, PSD2)
4. Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
5. Payments industry experience a bonus
