Job Summary:
The Global Network Development Manager will oversee building and managing strategic relationships with key partners in the payment industry as well as work towards expanding Tazapay's global licensing profile. This role is vital in driving the growth of Tazapay’s partnership ecosystem and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in new markets.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partnership Development :

    • Build and manage strategic relationships with payment industry partners.

    • Negotiate contracts and manage commercial relationships with service providers and payment partners.

    • Facilitate onboarding and contracting with global PSP and Bank Partners.

    • Expand Tazapay's partner and product footprint globally, focusing on adding new payment methods to the platform.

    • Drive partnerships to optimize KPI's such as processing costs, authorization rates, and revenue enablement.

    • Analyze and optimize existing payment solutions to improve transaction approval success rates.

    • Research and analyze industry trends to further strengthen Tazapay’s market position.

  2. Regulatory Collaboration and Licensing Expansion :

    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Compliance, Legal, Finance) to strategize and implement global licensing expansions.

    • Lead conversations with external stakeholders, including regulators and external legal agencies, to meet licensing requirements.

    • Support the compliance team in regulatory discussions and due diligence processes.

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulators and external counsel to ensure smooth entry into new markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive payment partnerships that optimize our KPI's of processing costs, authorization rates, and revenue enablement.

  • Analyze and optimize existing payment solutions and make recommendations to improve transaction approval success rates.

  • Develop senior and strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders (payment ecosystem, etc.).

  • Research and analyze industry trends and opportunities to further distinguish Tazapay's position in the market.

Qualifications:

  • MBA from Tier 1 colleges is preferred.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in the payment industry or a related field, with exposure to both partnerships and regulatory processes.

  • Proven experience in managing partnerships and strategic relationships.

  • Prior experience in Fintech is required, with knowledge of cross-border payments preferred.

  • Strong negotiation and commercial management skills.

  • Experience in licensing, regulatory compliance, and liaising with regulators is a plus.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to develop and maintain senior relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Strong understanding of the payment ecosystem and industry trends.
