GTM Automation Engineer

About the Role
We're looking for a GTM Automation Engineer to join our growth team and own the build-out of AI-powered automation across sales, marketing, and growth functions. This is a hands-on execution role — you'll work directly with GTM leadership to identify manual or inefficient workflows and replace them with intelligent, scalable systems.
You'll be embedded in the revenue org, not the core engineering team, which means you need to understand both the technical and business side of what you're building.
What You'll Do
• Design, build, and maintain automation workflows across sales, marketing, and growth operations — from lead enrichment and outreach sequencing to pipeline reporting and campaign optimization
• Build AI agents and agentic workflows using tools like Claude (including Claude Code), LangChain, or similar frameworks to automate complex GTM tasks end-to-end
• Integrate systems across the GTM stack — CRMs like HubSpot, ad platforms, data tools, and internal APIs — to create unified, automated flows
• Identify high-leverage automation opportunities by working closely with sales, marketing, and growth teams to understand their workflows
• Own the full lifecycle of what you build: scoping, building, deploying, monitoring, and iterating
• Help establish a scalable automation architecture and internal playbooks so the org can move faster over time
What We're Looking For
• 1–2 years of experience in automation, software development, or a related technical role — or strong project work / internships that demonstrate you can build and ship things
• Hands-on experience (or strong personal projects) with LLM APIs and AI tooling — Claude API, OpenAI, or similar
• Comfortable writing Python and working with APIs, webhooks, and integrations
• Familiarity with GTM tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or Google Ads is a plus, but not required — you'll learn on the job
• Self-starter mindset: you should be able to take a problem, figure out an approach, and execute without constant direction
• Bonus: exposure to agentic frameworks (LangChain, Claude Code), workflow tools (n8n, Make), or MCP integrations
