The role holder is responsible to drive license operationalization of Tazapay’s international expansion roadmap by developing a scalable front-to-back Target Operating Model encompassing functional, technical, and operational requirements across entities, systems, and teams.
1. License Operationalization
Work with the licensing project team to understand regulatory frameworks and planned business activities.
Decompose license requirements into functional, technical, and operational components.
Conduct gap analysis by back-testing requirements against current processes.
Coordinate enhancements are catered by Target Operating Model ToM workstream.
Ensure operational readiness before entity go-live: viz. onboarding, T&Cs, outsourcing registers, accounting, regulatory reporting, payroll, taxes, safeguarding, and secretarial coverage.
2. Target Operating Model Development for Corporate Systems
Define and implement a scalable and optimal ToM consisting of back office systems design, operational workflows and relevant policies and procedures.
Assess market capabilities to support build/buy decisions.
Collaborate with functional leads to institutionalize entity-level and cross-functional impact awareness.
Establish the corporate repository framework covering policies, procedures, SOPs, and contract management.
Set up the vendor management process.
