while managing compliance, risk, and operational complexity.

The Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-focused Revenue Operations Leader, who
can support the Co-founder and Chief Business Officer to scale the GTM organisation from 1
to 10 across 15 countries across Asia, the Americas, and the Middle East. This is a core
leadership role in the commercial organisation

Key Responsibilities
● Drive end-to-end revenue operations across Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and
Customer Success
● Work closely with compliance teams on building and implementing global and
regional policies for customer onboarding and monitoring
● Develop forecasting, pipeline management, and executive reporting
● Work with the CRM team to Improve and automate lead management, opportunity
management, and customer lifecycle workflows
● Support territory planning, quota design, and capacity modeling
● Partner with Finance, Product, Data, and GTM leaders on strategic initiatives
● Work with L&D team to implement onboarding and training plans for new and existing
sales teams
● Work closely with product team to on new product launches, equipping sales teams
with the right training and materials
Requirements
● 5–8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or
similar roles
● Experience supporting global B2B SaaS, fintech, payments, or technology
organizations
● Strong CRM expertise (Salesforce and/or HubSpot)
● Advanced analytics and reporting skills
● Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Experience
● Tier 1 management consulting experience
● Fintech, payments, banking, or cross-border commerce experience
● Experience with global distributed teams
● Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau, Power BI, Gong, Apollo, N8N
● SQL and data visualization experience.
● Preferred experience building AI agents for commercials use cases like lead gen,
follow-ups etc

Success Metrics
Forecast accuracy, pipeline visibility, CRM data quality, GTM productivity improvements, and
revenue growth support.
